 Our Learning:

We continued to talk about the signs of Spring, an important one being the growth of plants.  This led to looking at the life cycles of animals and plants.   In Math, we continued to explore and work with shapes, particularly 3-D shapes.  We built a ramp and tested which 3-D shapes slide, which ones roll and which ones do both.  We also broke up the "9 Family" into various parts.  In gym, we have started to develop our volleyball and ball handling skills.

Next week we will be moving into measurement, which leads us to a fun activity described below:

REQUEST - Stuffie Please!

We will be hosting a “stuffie day" in Kindergarten! We are asking that each student brings in

ONE stuffie on WEDNESDAY, MAY 18. The first activity will be your child sharing/presenting the stuffy
